One of the bolts on my wheel was stripped. Went all over town to find some shop to get it off. They were the only ones who could get it off.
My experience was fantastic. The Manager, Charles, was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. He did not try to upscale anything. His goal was clearly to provide my car with the best care he and his teams provides. I highly recommend this Midas location. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
I came in to get my pipe fixed because it rusted off, they charged me $200 for it to be welded back together for what they said was a “permanent fix” and two weeks later it came off again. I went back in and they charged me AGAIN to do the exact same thing they did the first time. They said it came off in the exact same place they did the weld the first time, clearly it was a bad welding job. Now I’m down another $200 because they didn’t do their job right the first time. I don’t understand why I had to pay because THEY messed up.
