Great people. Happy with the oil change. Unfortunately, they didn’t have my oil filter in stock, even though I had an appointment, so I had to wait over an hour for my oil change. Luckily, I didn’t have anywhere else to be, so it was cool.

My dad and I were traveling to Paducah from Fayetteville, NC when the fuel pump on our truck went out leaving us stranded on Interstate 24 just outside of Clarksville. With the New Years holiday being in full swing the first several shops we contacted stated it would be nearly a week before they would even take a look at our vehicle. Lucky for us, a local shop referred us to Pinnacle Breaks and Auto; within 30 minutes, the shop had a tow truck sent to our location to get us off the Interstate. Matthew and his staff treated us with respect and promptly did everything they could to get our vehicle in the shop and repaired. Less than 24 hours after initial call, the shop had our truck fully repaired and we were able to finish our commute and enjoy our New Year's vacation.

I called around 10am and got 3pm appointmentt… got there 245… they had a couple cars in shop but someone called out I think usually I’m inpatient but I actually didn’t mind I left around 530 I had a coupon from a mail advertisement… oil change and air filter replaced… prices were pretty good I spent like $70 and they had great communication over the phone and once I stepped in the door…. Also gave me recommendations for the future service! Overall I will be a returning customer cause knowledge, price , communication, and service are hard af to come by in the automotive world! And I live close enough to walk even if I have to wait lol
