The best body shop in the state! 3 weeks ago we had a hit and run. ???? Unfortunately i had to try couple of body shop in the last 3 years, we never was a 100% satisfied until now! The Hoffman's is the best! No humbug, no fake diagnosis... Unbelievable professional! Correct price and super fast! ???????? They didn't do anything without any permission. Trust me, don't choose anyone else! They are the best! Thank you Hoffman's Collision!

Took my car to Hoffman after having a tractor trailer get into the side of my car. My family had used Hoffman in the past and they always did great work. What I didn't realize is they had sold out and were under new ownership. When I went to pick up my car the first time the passenger side door still had an indention in it that shouldn't be there. The rear bumper that was supposed to be replaced still had cracks in the middle of it. There was overspray everywhere, on my windows, running behind the gas cap door etc. Pointed this out to them and they said they'd go over it with a fine-tooth comb and get everything straightened out. Came back and they had fixed the passenger door and bumper. There was still overspray on the windows and even on the interior of my car. The paint on the rear bumper didn't really completely match the rest of the car. You can also tell where they taped off on the rear bumper to repaint it in the pictures I attached. My driver door also made noise when closing

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience. They were extremely accommodating and willing to work with me on the price. Someone hit and run my car so I was going to have to pay full price for whatever the repairs were. I got my car back good as new and they even took the liberty of cleaning the interior of my car which I did not expect or ask for. To say the least, this is the only body shop I’ll be using in Nashville going forward. Highly recommend.
