Caliber did a great job on my car. The whole crew was friendly and attentive. The car was delivered a day early, and the work was superb. I especially appreciated the manager who delivered our keys, personally, and was with us as we examined the car to note anything we were not satisfied with. He was super concerned for our satisfaction. I would recommend Caliber to anyone and everyone.

Caliber Collision took great care of me after I was rear-ended while at a stop light. They were quick and efficient with walking me through everything and getting my insurance everything they needed to get the ball rolling. The service provided was excellent, fast, and efficient. I will be recommending them to anyone that needs repair done on their vehicles. Brittany was so helpful and informative about everything going on with my vehicle! They also work closely with Enterprise rental and they also were seamless on their ability to support me and get me into a rental quickly.

Brittany, Charles, and Francesca are easily some of the nicest people we have met here in Nashville! My friends and I have had a major inconvenience on our way to Houston and had our truck broken into. We called so many places to see if we can get our window replaced, and lemme tell ya, no place around here was trying to help us. These guys were so quick to help us and they even invited us in to the break room and offered food and drinks. They even let our dog come in and hang out too! I've been down south dozens of times and no place has shown southern hospitality as much as this place! If anybody ever needs work done in the area, don't waste your time with any other places, you need to come right here!!!!! I recommend this place to anyone looking to get work done on their car. They gave us a great price and even went out of their way to find the best deal for us.
