Tire Discounters

Very horrible experience. Tried to make an appointment day before, told me to come in next day around 8, which I did. Lady who answered phone and was there, was so rude, another customer asked how much longer, she proceeded to talk over him and down to him for over ten minutes in front of lobby of guests, when all he wanted to know was how much longer. The customer service is horrible, she should not be working in customer service. My car also took three hours, but I was scared to even say anything with her bad attitude and lack of customer service. Won’t be back

We use to buy our tires here but stopped because the service changed. We tried again but things have not improved. We requested an appointment online and were given a 8am appointment time. When my wife arrived she was told it would be 1 1/2 hrs to get it done. Not a problem with that at all. We'll after 3 hours she had to go to the manager because it was still sitting on the rack without tires. The manager was nice and apologized and got it done. The manager suggested making an appointment next time. We did that 4 days prior and it still took nearly 4 hours. I think it is safe to say we won't be back.

Ms Melisa and Alex are the best they was amazing they treated me like a Queen they ways kind they was the best I give them a ???? the both of them and will send my Family and friends to them . Thank you for having Great worker.
