NTB-National Tire & Battery

Proud owner of a Jeep Grand Cherokee and on a whim got 4 new tires before the treacherous Tennessee blizzard hits the middle of the state here soon, so I’m new tire goofin’. Stumbled across NTB on the World Wide Web searching for a place close to home to get an alignment because I can’t be leaning or ridin’ dirty. Did not need an appointment, they got me in quick and easy like puddin’ pie. Highly suggest all the great people of Hendersonville take your swaggin’ wagon to them!

I've twice used NTB Hendersonville for two tire-related services. I went back the second time because of my first experience with the gentleman working the store front (forgive me for not knowing his name nor title). He was extremely friendly, helpful, and, I assume, honest. The tires I purchased have performed well, as I've had no problems and my car rides smoothly. On my second visit, the first gentleman was there, but was tied up with another customer. I had a different associate, but he was equally friendly and honest. I don't "assume" this, because I had a flat. He could have easily told me it was irreparable and sold me a new one(s) rather than plug it, which is what he did. I first went to NTB (rather than any of the other tire shops that line Main Street) because of a frugal friend who does his research. I'm pleased with both my friend's recommendation and NTB, and will continue to use them for my tire needs until they give me reason otherwise!

Can’t say enough good about NTB in Hendersonville. I had a screw in my tire and they promptly got it fixed same day. They were knowledgeable and professional. They care greatly about the safety of their customers and doing a top notch job. We will always be taking our cars there.
