Great experience with them when my wife’s car got rear ended. I had an excellent experience with them and they detail your car before you pick it up which was not expected but a very nice touch. I would use them again and would recommend to anyone who needs body work. The owner was knowledgeable and helpful when I had extra questions.

This was one of the worst car repair experiences I have ever had. I wonder if I went to the same shop as the people did that gave all the good reviews. I rated them a 1 star because there is not a lower rating. We had windshield and some body damage from a deer encounter. We chose Apple because of the reviews on Google. From the start they inconvenienced us in any way possible. We had to have the vehicle towed and after the third call to them to ask when the tow truck would be at our house and the third "sorry about your luck" attitude from the lady on the phone, the tow truck showed up and took our vehicle to Apple. We were told it would be a 3 day repair, tops. After a week of no contact from them I called and was told it would be a day or two more. Short version - I had to keep calling them to get any updates or information. I called the insurance company to ask them to intervene.
