Service - Darrell Waltrip Honda

Had an alternator quit in my Honda Odyssey and vehicle had to be towed and dropped after hours on Memorial Day. I was over a hundred miles from home and had to get a hotel nearby. Next morning service writer escalated me to a high priority, found parts needed and had me on my way shortly after noon. Great Job Darrell Waltrip Honda!

I’ve been taking my car to Darrell Waltrip for service for a couple of years now and have always had a very good experience. Most recently I worked with Joey Reynolds and this time was no exception. I really appreciate when an advisor is honest about the services you actually need and when you need them. I’ve been twice now where I scheduled a service and was told that I didn’t need it yet or that it wouldn’t be helpful. Honesty will gain my loyalty and my consideration when buying a car in the future.

Took my vehicle in for recall. My service advisor was very clear concerning repairs and time frame. They were spot-on. My experiences with them have been very positive since I purchased my vehicle.
