An absolutely incredible job!!! So thankful for an honest staff. I have brought my car here many times and every time they go above and beyond!! This place deserves your business. Long story here but in short - I was in a difficult spot after Mercedes Benz of Music City advised they wouldn’t be able to get a CAT and fix my car for at least a month. We had a family road trip in one week and needed help. I called this place on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Sam, one of the most helpful and positive people I’ve ever met. He assured me they could get me in first thing on Monday and do the repair. The car was fixed by Tuesday and cost less than the dealership was advising. Sam kept me informed from the time I dropped off to pickup. The world needs more people like Sam and small businesses like this. So refreshing.
