Absolutely the most honest and professional car repair experience I have ever had. I Had to tow my daughter’s Kia Forte5 in to Greenway Kia of Franklin due to a loud rattling noise coming from the engine. The service department told me that it was the catalytic converter and it would cost $2350 plus tax to fix. When I questioned the price, they told me that the part alone was $1900. The dealership representative, Tonya, also had quite the attitude when I questioned the cost. After talking to a mechanic that I know, he told me that repair cost was outrageous and I should look elsewhere. I found Catalytic Converter and Exhaust Repair in Frankin, close to the dealership. The gentleman I spoke with, Max, told me that Greenway Kia’s quote was outrageous as well and told me to bring it into his shop and he can guarantee a more reasonable cost for the repair.
