Ryan did a great job! I pulled up to get an oil change at 5:40 thinking that they closed at 6:00. Even though they were closed, they still offered to do the oil change for me! Not only that, I had never been to ExpressOil and they offered me a new customer discount. But, unfortunately my husband had brought the car there so I didn't qualify for the new customer discount, but Ryan worked with me to still get a discount. He also checked my tire pressure for me when I asked him to.
The main thing I think people don't realize about Express Oil Change is that they do EVERYTHING. The team at this location truly cares about their customers. Jacob and the team here with the support of their area VP Warren (who lives just a couple of miles away and was at one point the manager of this store) always go the extra mile. Ryan took care of my Ram 3500 today with a fully synthetic oil change and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes. Service: Oil change
Raymon and josh helped me get my oil changed. They explained everything they were doing to my vehicle as they were doing it. They did an amazing job!!! They listened to my concerns regarding my car and helped me find the best way to fix my problem! I love coming here! The whole staff is so friendly and do everything in their power to help any way the can!!! Service: Oil change
