Bob's Auto Repair

These guys are as honest as you will find. My 22 yr old daughter was having issues with her car while driving to Alabama for a wedding. I had her go to the local Auto Zone to have her alternator checked. This turned out to be the issue. My daughter asked where there was a reliable/honest shop that could fix this. The AZ manager told her to go to Bob's. Unfortunately, AZ did not have the part but a Napa down the road did. I had called Bob's and spoke to Ray. Ray said they could get to it the next day and it would save time if she picked up the part. My daughter did just that then went to Bob's. These poor guys had no idea that walking in would be an emotionally wrecked young woman in tears. Taking pity on her, Micky got to work on the car with the promise that he would try to get the part on but since he'd never worked on a car like hers it could roll over to the next day. Ray was left to play psychologist with my daughter, have a feeling he was wishing he was dealing with the car. Wit

Bob has been fixing my wife’s families cars for over 30 years. He is an honest man and he will tell you how it is. He won’t sugar coat it either, so you’ll know exactly what’s wrong, if it’s worth fixing, and how much it will cost to fix it. Which is always within reason. Honesty is always appreciated, especially these days. I am grateful to have Bobs Auto to serve my family. ????????✌????

My car radiator was heating up and that's why somehow check engine light went on. They fix the radiator problem but didn't fix the check engine light. I went back that old guy sitting on a chair smoking all day, he says "you didn't tell us" So you and your employees were Blind Folded while working. It is your responsibility that when you diagnose the car and if you find some other fault you should let customer know. Don't give absurd reply to any customer.
