Took my car right in and I was there less than an hour. Work completed in Satisfactory condition. I have used Raleigh tire for years and have always received excellent service.

Ann got me in quickly and before I knew it ..I had a new set of tires on and out the door...Same when I came in for a rotate and balance...Fast Friendly Service..

If I could give 0 stars I would… tried to scam us for 5,000$ completely dishonest sales team preying on fear. long story short we came in bc our truck felt unstable when making turns, and the steering wheel was kicking back/fighting us on turns. We are from FL traveling our RV and brought it in thinking it was just a tire rod. Mike at the front was super unfriendly, when they finally got the truck on the lift they quoted us 5K for a new front end (tire rods, trac bars, ball joints etc) for parts labor. I was SHOCKED How is anybody supposed to come up with 5 grand for that? It didn’t feel like my truck was about to fall apart. As we were leaving he commented “it’s scary to drive that thing, can’t believe you’re not getting the work done” WELL we brought it to another mechanic who fixed 1 singular tire road and the power steering pump and the issue is completely fixed for left than 800$…. They knew we were from out of town and in a bind they were looking to make a commission. Unbelievabl
