Cordova Collision Repair

I had a great experience with this shop twice now! I just bought my car in May of this year and by July, a tree had fallen and made pretty significant damage. I was nervous because I knew it would need new paint etc. It took a bit of time to be expected, but it looks better now than when I first bought it. Unfortunately, I had to pay another visit to this shop a short time after because I was rear ended. They once again did an outstanding job. Everyone in the office is kind and humorous. They keep you updated very frequently throughout the repair process. My car was ready both times on the estimated date. Highly recommend!!!

The young lady at the front desk listened to an issue I had with my vehicle’s headlights. This was an issue their shop was not even remotely responsible for. A little history: a Firestone shop had told me it would be a complex issue and they could not do it, Raleigh Tire said they would have to keep the car a couple of days and the charge would be over a hundred dollars. The young lady took my car, the mechanic interrupted his work and handled it within minutes, and the young lady said, “It was so quick and easy, I can’t charge you.” This experience was a renewal of my faith in humanity! I commend them for their honesty, and their exemplary customer service.

Lol Honda has 7 year paint warranties and what does it matter as long as they paid you to do a job. You were paid to PAINT and clear coat the car and the job simply wasn't done. So instead of resorting to name calling and false allegations of threats and extortion why don't you show us "the type of man you are" and finish the work. Writing a review doesn't make you a "male version of a Karen" by the way, I'm not calling the cops! I think anyone with common sense can see I'm just stating the facts and posting pictures of it on the internet while you're throwing a fit. So calm down Robert, I know its hard to admit you're wrong but a picture is worth a 1000 words. Clearly you can see that part of the trunk was never painted like the rest of the car. 6/29 (edit/response to owner) Plain and simple if you had any intentions of fixing this you would have told me to bring the car in or at least sends pics when I called. The first thing you mentioned was that the paint job was out of warranty a
