Our van broke down on I75 on or way home to London, Ontario. It was Good Friday and we planned on being home for Easter. AAA towed us to Top Tech and they bent over backwards to get us going that day. Thanks to them we made it home on time
The transmission in my 1995 Ford F-250 7.3 went out. I had it towed to Top Tech. Within a day one of the technicians called me. The transmission was beyond repair and required replacement. They provided recommendations (Jasper transmission). We discussed prices and locked down a quote. They ordered the transmission immediately. It arrived on a Tuesday. They had it in by Thursday. They honored their quote to the penny, even at a loss of $85 for them. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism. I am new to this area and was in need of a good and trustworthy shop.
