Ken's CARSTAR North

Second time I have used Kens for body work haven't been disappointed at all. They do great work can't tell the car has been wrecked other places you could see dents , paint did match and they kept your car twice as long as they told you , Ken's is right on time!! To top it off the guys in the the front are awesome they will go above and beyond to keep you up to date and handle other problems for you (dealing with insurance companies, car rentals ECT.) They went out and beyond to assist me with the fixing of my car. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. Will only allow them to work on any of my cars if needed

If I could give this place zero stars I would!! We normally go to Babbs Body shop in Chatsworth but opted for Ken’s CarStar because it’s a few minutes away from where we live. My husband took his vehicle for a minor repair on the drivers side door of his truck. However, when he received his truck, NOTHING was done to it, the door was exactly the same. He went back to voice his dissatisfaction with the repair job but instead they stated he was not “clear” on what he wanted fixed and refused to make things right. In addition ,the person he spoke to in upper management was very rude. Save yourself your time and money and do not go here.
