I have been a loyal customer of this auto shop (both as Massengill Tire and now as Cleveland Premier Tire & Auto Service) for many years and have consistently been very happy with their routine service and pricing in the past. However, my most recent visit for an oil change and subsequent repairs was extremely disappointing. My vehicle needed a rack and pinion replacement. While I agreed to the necessary repairs, I was VERY surprised and concerned by the final price upon picking up the vehicle
I will 100% use this place again! The staff members at the desk were really nice and made me comfortable. I also did not feel like I was ripped off, as most auto companies try to rip me off unfortunately... They got my car in and out in under 15 minutes, I was impressed! Thanks guys!
