This experience was tough on myself and the wonderful team there at Express oil change & tire so I'm from Nashville, I drove here on a wing and a prayer after I arrived I soon realized I had some knocking going on within minutes I was told that there was something going on with my harmonic balance. I brought it in and the next thing I know the poor man is down in his elbows trying to actually make the peace because there was no peace to go on to fit to put the harmonic balance on. And then after that was fixed something happened with the starter. After working four days on the van which is a lot longer than I had anticipated they still made it right I was only charged for the parts and not for the labor so all in all I'd have to give this garage a five-star for going above and beyond and for being patient, and honest. If there was one thing I thought could have went better is that someone was going to be paying the bill for me because I couldn't afford it there was miscommunication bet
