Got there 15 mins early for my appointment, one hour later they still haven't moved my truck. I asked why they make appointments if they cant keep them and the little old man wanted to get smart like I was the problem for being there on time. 2 hours later they wanted to charge me $150 for an oil change. Never thought I'd find a Firestone worse than the one in Springfield but this one definitely tried its best
4 times to align a lexus still pulls hard to the right.. new tires everything new in the front.. was always in a rush to get it in and out . Never drove it to verify the problem.
