In my case, my car handle was broken on the inside on my driver’s side and boy, I realize how much one uses a car handle and how it affects the flow of everyday life. I work in the Nations and needed a place that was close to work, wouldn’t break the bank, but would get me back and running within the same day. I usually feel nervous talking to shops and am worried if they’re going to uncharge me or be dishonest, but from the minute I called for a quote and explained my problem, Mark was kind and patient and really listened to me. He promised me that he would be able to get my car completed same day and was great with communication, calling to update me to get my approval before doing anything.
