My Mustang had many chipped places that I tried to touch up. The color didn’t match so it looked terrible. The skilled people at Bumpus transformed it back to looking new. The color matched perfectly! I am so happy with the results. They do excellent work. They will not take advantage of you. It’s rare to find a company like this. I’m so grateful to have found them. I've reached out multiple times to get a "back ordered" fender flare for my truck they partially fixed in April after 4 months. I dont even know why it was missing since there was no damage on that side and it was intact after the wreck when I dropped the truck off. I keep getting told after I call to check the status that they "will check and contact me", they don't ever call back. Still missing the flare now in June. Called last week, "the parts guy was at lunch but will check and call me back", no call again. All for an $82 part from $12k repair that me and my insurance have already paid for in a repairs. After review, the owner updated the to confirm status of their lack of response. I guess they don't have time to respond to calls from their customers either. Update: Month 7, multiple websites carrying the part still no call. I'm sure the part guy is scouring the country looking for it. I only hope the internet doesn't remain hidden for too long. Will Update in another month.

Five hours in to our vacation in early June, we were in a car accident on I-24 in Tennessee. A full-size pickup hauling a camper slammed into us from behind and pushed us into the car in front of us. I tell you that to tell you this. We were strangers in need of a body shop to get an estimate for insurance and line up repairs. I chose Bumpus Body Shop mostly because of their great reviews, but also because it made me think of the Bumpus hounds from the 1983 classic film, A Christmas Story. (Sorry, Ben.) Ben and his crew could not have been more friendly and helpful. When Agero dropped the ball and never showed up to get our car from the towing lot where it was taken after the accident, Ben paid the towing fee to have it brought to his shop. Once the car was at Bumpus Body Shop, the estimate was fast. Did I mention we were on vacation? Most of my interaction with Ben and his crew was over the phone, as we had moved on to try to enjoy the rest of our time away. They made it easy and gave
