I had my sons truck towed here and it wasn't starting for us after a new battery and starter. These guys were honest because the truck started for them and gave no issues but they looked over the truck very well for us. The truck was sitting for a long time and had plenty of issues but we had them fix the larger more urgent issues and my son can work on getting the rest up to par over time. I called to get my Mom's car towed. The gentleman who met us was super nice. He was very understanding with my Mom who was nervous and upset her car had broken down. I would definitely use again (but hope not to). It is nice to have someone who was friendly even if it was after hours.

I recently had my Lexus serviced here and had a phenomenal experience. Since this was supposed to be my 60,000 mile service at the dealership, I had quite the list of items that needed to be taken care of. The service they provided was prompt and reasonably priced. They were also honest about things that didn’t truly need to be done - not something that you get from every service department. In short, I cannot recommend them enough and they will be my go to for as long as I’m in Clarksville!
