These guys are awesome. Very honest automotive shop which is hard to find these days. Took my 4Runner there to have them and within a day and a half, had my new parts installed and clear my CEL/VSV light/and traction control. I was quoted $1700 of labor from another shop in town. Rivermont did the service and beyond for $400. YES. You read that right. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Will be recommending this shop to my friends and coworkers in the area. I've been trying to find a shop like these guys ever since I moved to Chattanooga. I will be bring all my vehicles to them from here on out. They saved me a ton of money and did a great job on the repair. They laid out what other parts might need to be purchased. 5/5 stars. The bad reviews on this shop are clearly people who do not understand cars. Highly recommend these guys

Scammed me out of $400 for the car to break down 10 minutes after I got it off of their lot. Do not trust. I had to have my car towed to their shop after engine troubles and eventually losing the ability to crank the car. I had it towed to their shop and was informed about the lock cylinder needing to be replaced. I said okay but questioned them on the engine troubles. I let them know I thought it might be serious and didn't want to spend a lot of money if the car wasn't going to run properly. I was told they could only figure out what was wrong with the car once they fixed the lock cylinder so I agreed. When I went to pickup the car, I was told the lock cylinder was fixed and the car would be fine. I inquired about why the engine was burning oil and why giant clouds of white smoke were coming out of the tailpipe. I was told it was just because the engine had a lot of miles and everything would be fine. They really just wanted me to give them $400 and get out. Not 10 minutes after I le
