I have a mechanic that I have used for the last 15 years and he is always fair and honest!!! And he is very good at what he does. There are a few things he is not set up for so he told me to call o.k. auto service so I did. I called and spoke to Charlie. I asked if he could take a look at my wife's care and I knew they were very busy!! So I had the vehicle towed to him, he checked it out and by the end of the day he had it fixed, I know this is not typical in the world of repairing cars. He passed on credit to ford for having the part in stock. So if you need a ride fixed holler at Charlie and see what he can do for you. I will definitely take him more business, the only thing better than a good honest mechanic is 2 of them I feel very lucky!!!

There is a saying, "you can never put a good man down" and i see a lot of good reviews here for this company. But listen to my story and feel what im feeling right now. Took my truck to this shop for a repair, its still running just need repair coz its not running good, waited for a week before they even check on it and then it took them another week to work on it. Monday came they call us to pick up the truck coz its ready and our bill is less than 1800, when we arrived at the shop they told us to haul the truck coz it wont start. We are devastated, we are expecting the truck to be ready to drive. So, the question is why would u bill us 1800 for a truck that wont even start. It's like robbing us in broad daylight. They even threaten to leave the truck outside their shop and be ready to lose converter if we don't pick it up that day. What happen to great people, honest mechanics, great staff reviews i see on this website, they're just heartless mechanics and don't care of other
