First time coming into this Meineke. I’m from Texas. Did not expect to get treated like family. Replaced my turbo boost solenoid, EGR valve and ETC. Did an awesome job. Would greatly recommend 20 times out of 10.

Last February, I had car issues with my spark plugs and Ignition Coils. This was told to me by both Meineke and Auto Zone per their diagnostics. While I can get around how long it took them to "fix" the problems, they had multiple reasons for me not to use them ever again. First they had identified 1 problem that took a week, but identified another issue as I came to get my vehicle that was deemed "ready to pick up." Because of this, they went ahead and charged me for something I wasn't aware of the problem because they had already started working on it, but it wouldn't be ready to pick up until after the weekend. As I came to pick it up the following Monday, they had charged me even more than the second quote because the work needed additional parts that wasn't identified previously. The nail in the coffin was when I took it off the lot and drove it 5 minutes away, the check engine light came back on.
