Awesome service. They plugged my tire at no cost. In and out within a few minutes. Highly impressed!!!

Amazingly welcoming, friendly, and professional staff! I blew a brake caliper on a cross country drive back home to Wisconsin and they were the first and only people I had to call. They got my car in that Saturday morning, got the parts they needed by the afternoon, and that evening I was back on the road headed home. The location is clean and well maintained and I couldn’t be happier that I chose them for my cars needs. Special shout out to David and Ashley for helping me while I was there.

TLDR Really disappointing communication and difficult to work with. Premium pricing without the service to match I had a great experience four years ago and made the half hour drive across town to work with highland auto again. Dropped off my car at 7:45am for a one day alignment and control arm job (I scheduled in advance and confirmed shop time). Got no notification all day and was told the job would not be done until the next day when I called to ask for an an update at 3pm. Next day I didn't receive any communication and upon calling at 1pm was told that it had been completed. I paid the bill over the phone and arranged to have the keys left in the car for after hours pickup. I confirmed location of the key and that I would be picking up after closing time on the same call. Another hour round trip to get the car this evening and the car is locked and parked inside the bay. One day without a car turned into 3, with unnecessary trips across town on top of a big bill.
