Took my Tundra to them this morning, extremely nice and knowledgeable staff in person and over the phone. They havent even done the work yet, and i felt i needed to give them a great review just because of the service i had when admitting my truck. I have no doubt ill have a great experience with them and will write another review after they solve the truck issue to update. Good job Blackwell, your customer service is excellent. Although you don't make appointments this is a fast CLEAN establishment. They are upfront and keep you informed. They have cash prices and take credit cards too. The waiting rooms and building is so nice you forget you are waiting for your car. They have wifi available and work areas for people needing to stay connected to the office. The fact they have so many bays and mechanics mean you are in and out faster than most places. They also treat women with respect and have no problem explaining things. This was the first time I used Blackwell Automotive. They were recommended to me by another prominent auto repair business in the area who could not get to my vehicle due to their backlog. Blackwell Automotive took my vehicle in immediately for the maintenance it required and finished the work in the early afternoon of the following day, which I very much appreciated. The work was priced below two other estimates I had obtained. I had a positive experience with Blackwell Automotive and foresee using them again for maintenance and repair of my vehicles.
