Took my car in for regular transmission maintenance. The whole team was kind and professional. My truck runs like new now! Troy in particular was very kind. Troy's our boy!

I took my car in after driving to meineke just to get there and find out they didn't have a technician that day at all. So I called aamco and spoke to Jameson he said he would try to get my car in but couldn't make promises which is better than nothing so I left it. A few hours later they called me, knew the issue with my car, submitted it to the warranty company and also put 4 quarts of transmission fluid in to hold me over until I could get in for my repair. They called a few days later told me the warranty company approved the transmission replacement and that I'm out of pocket is a 100 deductible. I was so stressed when my car started messing up, I just knew whatever the issue it was a big, expensive one. I know the headache that repair shops, warranty companies, dealerships, etc can be (especially for a female that only knows enough about cars to fill it up with gas.) and this was just the opposite. Thompson and his crew are the best. They were honest about the state of my transmission and up front about the repairs. Just make sure to call ahead.. it is a very busy shop. 5 stars all the way.
