The body work they did on my BMW was excellent. I am very pleased. Brady went above and beyond helping us with any questions we had and even touched up some paint damage done by rocks. Definitely would use them again and recomend them to anyone.

Wow! There REALLY IS still customer service!! Thought that was pretty much a thing of the past, but not at Wallace! You can see in the photos they did an excellent job on my back corner panel. You’d never even know it happened, but that is not the customer service. You expect the work to be right. What I didn’t expect was being able to drop my rental car there, saving me the need for a ride from Enterprise to Wallace. Then, I get there and Holey Moley they’ve detailed my car! What?! It looked so nice! They even vacuumed out the remnants of the straw bales I’d hauled, and that is a job, but not a job I’ll be doing now, because of the AWESOME customer service at Wallace! Also a shout out to the ladies working in the front office. They were super friendly and helpful. Just an A+ experience all around ????

Great experience overall with the windshield replacement on my Tesla Model 3. Vehicle was ready when promised, work was top notch, and communication with Taylor and Kyler was superb. I hope to not need you again but was pleased with everything!
