Discount Tire

Great customer service, good tires, and quick install! The employees at this Discount Tire work hard and are moving quick. They got my new tires installed in under 30 minutes, which was incredible! I will say, there was some damage done to one of my wheels during the install, but they made it right. They sent out a great wheel repair company to my house and covered the cost of refinishing the wheel. Very impressed with the quality of customer support and kindness of the staff!

I have bought tires there many times for several years, but no more! I had a flat and decided to replace all four tires. They didn't have the tires I had on the car and said it would take five days to get them. Because of the flat, I had to settle for another brand. They said it would take two hours so I told them I would wait there. After two hours, my car hadn't moved. When I asked if there was a problem, they said they would check. I could see the writer speaking to the service manager right next to the window where I stood and he then moved my car up in the "staging" queue. I could clearly see that mine was still on the bottom of the staging queue at the time. I wouldn't have minded if I had left the car, but they knew I was waiting and had serviced several cars while I waited. If I hadn't been frustrated by the number of people coming after me and leaving while my car sat at the bottom of the queue, I suspect I would have wasted the entire day there. After i complained,

Had a tire blow on my way home while still an hour and a half away. They got me out in under an hour after I explained a time-sensitive problem. Special shout-put to Jonathan for advocating for me and being great the whole time!
