Very Bad Experience! Brought my 2001 Mustang to them ,Said they will rebuild my supercharger and did nothing but take it of my car , wanted me to get a $9,500 supercharger that I did not need or want So I had to send my supercharger to get rebuild because they couldn’t do nothing about it other then me spending $$9,500 plus part he wanted me to buy , So the owner charged me $3,500 For storage fee , and was trying to take my car filed a mechanic leen to take it I tried so hard to get him to understand that it was out of my hands the supercharger was getting rebuild and take some time to get back But he wouldn’t back down , they were determined to take my cat if I didn’t pay him $4,000 so I had no choice but to pay him !! Hwy robbery!!!! I advise any one that goes there to ask all kinds of questions!! Because they will RIP YOU OFF !!!at any chance they get !!they have no compassion of you !!

John and his team did an incredible job replacing our engine. They really went the extra mile to get us back in our Landcruiser. I would highly recommend Birch’s to anyone in need of excellent service.

I had my car at another auto shop across from Birches and they had my car for 2 months and never fixed it. I took my car to John and his Team at Birches and they were the most professional, knowledgeable and from the first moment we knew these guys really knew what they were doing. In about a day they had diagnosed the problem and let us know all the damage that was done to our car by poor mechanics. They had our car up and running perfectly in a couple days and we could not be happier. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs auto repair with a shop that wants to help you and they really stand behind their work.
