The staff at this particular Oriellys is amazing. They are all willing to go the extra mile to take care of your needs. The staff were kind and courteous to customers, but they all agreed that the manager was Satan himself. I didn't believe them til I met him myself, and I agree. The general manager demoted the old assistant manager because his mom died and he needed time to grieve. He tried firing another staff member because he was going to basic training to serve in the military. This guy needs to go. Overall, 5 stars to the staff. 1 star to the management. I hope corporate reads this.
I dont know....Sumter has always had a problem with this place. 2 days out the week they're hitting and the other 5 they're missing. Both stores
Had what i needed and they were clean. The people know what your talking about and can help suggest things for you and you can get so many services done here FREE. I come here often for parts or things car related and they stay open til 10 pm most nights
