Gary B at Shaw Firestone quoted me $900 for a radiator replacement. What Gary B failed to tell me was that he went ahead and replaced hoses on my vehicle without my consent and added $1000 of extra charges to my bill and surprised me with it when I arrived at the store to pick it up. They never called and told me what they were doing, never asked for customer authorization, they just went ahead and ordered parts and installed them for 4 hours while I waited around wondering when my vehicle was gonna be finished. Never go here, get this place removed from the installation. They’re liars, thieves, and take advantage of Airmen.

Never get it right. If you have 3 or 4 hrs for an oil change tire rotation. But don't let them do anything else to your car

Took my truck in for a rotation and oil change, they didn’t notice that the two tire sensor valve stems were too long in the front when they put the tires back on so it broke them both and started leaking air, they patched one and rotated tires back and still charged me for a tire rotation, i noticed the other was leaking as well, they told me it wasn’t and sent me on my way only for me to wake up to a now flat tire, still had to pay for it all and nothing they can now do.
