Phil Turner was a pleasure to work with. He was very informative on the problems I had with my truck and was able to fix it in a timely manner. His experience and knowledge saved me from Spending time, money, and hassle that other companies normally do. Very honest and polite.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriends truck has been in the shop for over a month. He went today to see what’s been taking so long and has been told they won’t be looking at it for another week, which is what he’s been told multiple times already. I am very disappointed with the service here...
I have three 7.3 Ford F350 that I use for business. Phillip Turner is very thorough when diagnosing problems and is reasonable with his prices. My business is in Mt. Pleasant but I will not take my trucks anywhere else for repairs or service
