I have to share a very welcomed, appreciative and amazing recent experience with Norton and Richardson. After the initial phone call explaining the entire process which included a rental, I took my car in on the appointed day. Within 5 minutes, I was picked up by a rental company and taken to get a car. Several days later, Norton called me to say my car was ready. The convenience of returning the rental car to Norton and letting them handle was much appreciated! They clearly explained the repairs, tested the sensors to insure they were working properly, examined the undercarriage for concerns we had about possible damage and cleaned my car. My car was brought closer to the shop and I was handed the keys. A floor mat had been placed on the driver's side. These people are professionals from start to finish! Needed repair to my truck after a rear end collision. Tim and the staff were very accommodating and upfront about the repair process and time needed. Not my first time working with Norton and Richardson, each time I was treated with courtesy and respect. Their workmanship is champion and I highly recommend them!

Stop by to have them look at my front bumper that was loose. Another company wouldn’t look at it because they didn’t accept my insurance. They were right on it. Looked at it, all it needed was to be snapped back together. It didn’t take over 3 minutes. The guy said you’re all done, shook my hand and wished me a very good afternoon.
