Broke down while traveling through from out of town and Brooks was so kind and helpful through the whole process, despite the fact that I squeaked in 10 minutes before close on a holiday weekend. Deeply appreciate him working to diagnose my issues and help me figure out next steps.
Quick turnaround. Willing to spend a little more for quality parts, work, convenience and time. Brooks and the crew are personable and keep you well informed of repair status. They found a few other things that needed to be fixed, which means they are doing thorough inspections. Have used them 4 times for different vehicles and have been satisfied each time
Been looking for a good honest mechanic since moving here back in June of last year. Finally hit the jackpot with Paul’s. Top notch customer service and I’m back to feeling confident about the health of my vehicle! I won’t be going anywhere else so long as I live in the area!!
