Unprofessional. No one said I will be right with u or if you can give me a few minutes,I can help u. Everyone was just looking around like I wasn't even there! After at least 10min of that,an older guy with glasses at the Summerville location finally helped me with just simply switching out a light bulb! Very good customer service. The others not so helpful! I will not come here again!

I had 2 NAPA batteries die in my 7.3 excursion. I called NAPA to see if they were still under warranty. They said "we wont have your info if you dont have a business account, do you have the receipt?" No. I didnt keep the receipt after 1.5-ish years. Then they made it even worse by saying "we would have to test both batteries before giving store credit which could take anywhere from 20 minutes to 8 hours, and since its 3 pm now we would have to start over again in the morning if it went to shift end" So unlike Advance Auto, Auto Zone, and O'Reilleys, who can all look me up by my phone number and PERSONAL ACCOUNT, NAPA only allows businesses. And unlike the aforementioned, NAPA will make you have unecessary vehicle down time while it screws around with testing batteries, while the other stores take the old batteries and issue new ones if under warranty. It goes without saying that at this point I wouldnt even scavenge supplies from NAPA during a zombie apocalypse. Advance Auto got my $4

Called and asked if they had a clamp for my exhaust, the only reply i got was a sigh and then was hung up on , called back immediately and got another person on the phone and they just set the phone down and had a 10 minute conversation with the other employees about how it wasnt a “muffler repair shop its a parts store” Staff definitely needs improvement
