Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had a tire blow out on the road a few days ago, right across the street from this Firestone. I do not have enough good things to say about the customer service that I received from Kaitlyn P. And her colleagues. I am almost in tears writing this because when I called in desperation for a new tire Kaitlyn and one of her co workers came right over to me helped me with a tow and took care of my tire. I can’t express enough how much this meant to me and the heart that these employees displayed.

Took my truck in to have the AC fixed and my driver side window fixed. When they called saying it was ready and I picked it up the alignment was all screwed up somehow and there was a grinding in the motor. I took it back. They said they fixed the problem and replaced a part that was damaged. Well weeks later and I still have a humming and light grinding that happens and my window isn’t function properly, just like before I brought it in. I’m going to have to take it to another mechanic and spend even more money to fix what they didn’t fix and to figure out what else they messed up that’s still making my motor sound different at times and grind some. I’ll never come back that’s for sure

I had my front brakes and rotors replaced a few months ago by Firestone. A couple of weeks ago my car warned me that my front brakes needed to be replaced. I scheduled an appointment to have the same Firestone location look into the problem. I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday morning and arrived promptly. After 2 hours of waiting, I was informed the sensor wasn't replaced when the brakes were replaced. But they would be happy to do it now for an additional charge. So the bottom line is that I wasted a Saturday morning for them to tell me they didn't finish the job previously, and wanted to charge me more money for the work they should have done the first time. I ended up buying the $10 part and did it myself.
