The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Progressive should remove them from their network. It took two weeks to get an appointment for them to look at my car. On the day of the appointment, I left omy car there all day and no one even looked at it. The manager lied to my face acting like he did, but he made up things that he thought was wrong with my car. Now, my Progressive guy and I have been trying to get a date for me to bring my car back, and no one is returning his calls. Now, it has een a month and no help from this location at all. I'm hoping I get switched to a different location.
Kyle was great. Kept me in the loop the entire process. Did it go perfectly, absolutely not but Kyle made it clear what was going on and why. My vehicle came out great In the end and I was happy with the work and that's about the best you can ask for.
Caliber Collision was great. Kept me updated on the status of my car and got it done earlier than promised. They even cleaned my car! Great customer service whenever I spoke to anyone in the shop. Definitely recommend! Service: Body & Trim
