They were very quick a thorough dealing with my total loss.
Excellent, professional service to repair damage to our car. Christian Rodriquez was so helpful, explained everything and kept us up to date on repair status. We were treated very disrespectfully on two occasions when the office staff showed no regard for our time. First, they pushed back our drop-off date. Rather than telling us beforehand, we drove 40 minutes just to find out they wouldn't be taking our car. Second, on pickup, we called to let them know we were on our way and may show up right after their closing time, but they assured us they would wait so we could pick up. We showed up two minutes late and the office staff were gone. In total they have cost me and my wife each about 3 hours of our time and about one tank of gas. I will not be doing business with classic collision again because my family's time and access to our vehicle does not matter to them.
