I would recommend this shop over all others in town - by far the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY OF REPAIRS I’ve ever had. Specifically, if you are able I hope you get to work with Justine Yager (Service Advisor) she literally went above and beyond to make what is typically a cumbersome annoying not to mention time consuming process smooth and painless. Gerber Collision was a great experience. They kept me informed about the status if my car a d delivered as expected. I am happy withmy results and would recommend them to my family and friends.

I had an appointment made to have an estimate for damages done to my truck. The appointment was made by my insurance company 8:50AM. I received an automated response that the appointment was confirmed for 11:00AM the same day. After arriving I was told that they were overbooked and could not evaluate the damages. There was a scheduling issue with the system; understandable! What was not, is the fact that they knew they were not going to be able to honor the appointment and made no effort to contact me. I was greeted with "That is the other one from Traveler's" so, obviously they knew I was coming. A simple phone call would have been nice but instead, I had to take off work and be turned away in person. Not very good customer service.
