Firestone Complete Auto Care

Very disappointing. Way behind schedule. Took 3 days to get tires installed correctly on my vehicle.

Their online booking system does not work. But this isn't the location issue. This is a Firestone corporation issue. But...the employees at this location are fantastic! They are short staffed yet you would never know that from the manner they compose themselves. I initially worked with Erik who was pleasant, accommodating, and understanding. The other two young men I interacted with a few days later, offered the same qualities in all aspects.

July 23, 2023, Man what a great time we had at Mt Pleasant ! and Sullivan's Island beach, by the light house and Ft Multrey,.... UNTIL I ran over a sharp broken sign post sticking up from the grassy parking area, and my Pirelli rear tire ripped open, FLAT TIRE. ( the side street across the light house street ) I have a spare which was a little bigger than a doughnut tire, and not for highway driving back HOME to Asheville. So, since we like Firestone in Asheville, We found Johnny Dodd Location with Erik and Will. Erik did not have the size we needed in stock ! 245/50/R20 ... but he was helpful in suggesting other firestone stores in Charleston and said to try another place, he gave us several choices, in his professional manner, he helped with that information. we spent 45 mins looking and NO ONE IN Mt Pleasant nor Charleston nor North Charleston, Nor West Ashely Either had a new tire, and if they had the size, they definitely could not install it until Monday.!!!
