Paul's Car Care Center - Ladson

I called a couple days prior to bringing it in on a Saturday. I was told they should be able to get it done by closing, at 1, and that he would try everything in his power to get it done same day, if I was there when they opened. I was there 20 minutes early and left my car. I called them around noon to be told it hadn't even been pulled back yet (for a 3 hour job). It would have been nice that at 10 or 1030, when the 3 hour job could not be completed that they call me and let me know, instead of me wasting my whole day trying to find things to do, waiting on a car that wasn't even going to be worked on, or finished anyway. Very nice staff...just should have had more communication for sure!

I had met Paul Jr. years ago for work on my Silverado and after he honestly repaired what was needed and just took interest I helping me. I now have my whole family go to his family business and have never been treated so well. On time, friends you wish you had in your enter circle. Best in the Charleston Area with locations that get you back on the road. Can’t say enough good able the managers, and technicians. Justin and his team always go above and beyond. They are honest, reliable and very professional. Prices are very reasonable. I know very little about cars and for 4 years all I needed was an oil change. Even after asking if I needed repairs they told me not yet. And when I needed brakes they gave me advance warning. That's when I knew they were honest. They only fix what is needed I have a 2012 Toyota and thanks to Paul's Care Care I expect to drive it for many more years.
