Treated my son like family and got him back up and running. Update: Still absolutely love this place. Treat all customers like family. Very clean building and comfortable waiting area. Can't say enough good things about them!!
I took my Passat TDI in for a transmission service & oil change. Their customer service was excellent, & their prices were more than fair (I paid considerably less for both services than VW wanted for just the transmission service). The only negative thing I could say (and that’s a stretch) is that it took a week to get an appointment, but I just chalk that up to them being busy because they’re so awesome. I found them through a Google search, & decided to give them a chance based on reviews. The reviews are warranted, I definitely found my new VW mechanic.
