I have been a stokes customer for 20+ years. I love my Toyotas and would never go elsewhere to service them! In all of those years, the Stokes service department has always done a great job for me repairing and maintaining them and thus I feel confident recommending them to others. Recently had service done to my Toyota Sienna and it was the worse service I have gotten. I paid almost $500 to have them not change the air filter and for them to leave the engine lid off. When I call the service department, the manager said that he was going to check the cameras. When my dad took the car back, they were rude and handle the situation unprofessionally. Instead of apologizing for their mistake that cause us to waste our time and gas, they just said it wasn’t important. The manager never showed my dad the video showing us the service was done. He just avoid the my dad asking him to show the video. Also, they said the air filter gets some dirt when you drive it. Yes, maybe a little dirt is possible but for the filter to be that dirty there is now way it was clean and new. This is supposed to be a professional place that should have higher standards for the prices they are charging. Paying the money is not an issue for me when people do their job done right.
