It is the worst service they have given me. I paid for alignment and they left me my car. Worse, I called to let them know. They gave me an appointment for two weeks. After I called them, I went to the appointment at 9:00 in the morning and they told me that they would check it. At some point in the day, I lost my money and my time. I do not recommend this place at all

Horrible service and professionalism. Had a 9 am appointment to have a new set of tires put on my 2020 Jeep Wrangler and dropped off before they even opened. Arrived at 4:40 only to be told my vehicle still needed to be aligned. After waiting another hour, was told my vehicle had just been placed on the racks. When I asked what the issue was after my vehicle had been there all day, I was rudely told by a female attendant that I just needed to sit down and wait. Then told the vehicle was an issue on why the alignment was a problem. I am an educated, female Jeep Owner. My vehicle has never been damaged, not lifted and was tracking very well. The street tires that were being replaced had highway miles only. So being told the problem was my vehicle was a red flag. Then, she proceeded to talk about me to other employees. BUYER BEWARE!!! On April 1, 2022 at 9:00 I had an appointment to have a wheel alignment. I purchased the tires last year and purchased the wheel alignment plan. This was a huge mistake. I drove away and noticed the car was still pulling to the right, so I had Toyota take a look at the car and they hooked it up to the machine and ever single tire was out of alignment. I would never return to this business. A neighbor put out on the neighborhood facebook page that they had a similar experience with no having the tires rotated. They knew by the chalk marks on the inside of the tires on the front that were still on the front when they received their car back. I do not recommend this business as they will not be honest with you about what they are doing, or in this case not doing.
