I've lived in 5 states, am a persnickety engineer, and I have NEVER had anyone as professional and good with auto service. They noticed and corrected the most minute things when I took my vehicle in for just an oil change (slight warble from front brakes and I knew the battery was 7 years old and was wondering myself how much longer until it stopped working). They noticed and addressed both! And this is just one example over the last year that I've been going to them that just puts them as the best. They were also half the cost of a dealership on some more major repairs on another vehicle. Another example of just hidden excellence...they don't even HAVE conventional oil for changes! It's synthetic blend or pure synthetic. Then there's the ease and joy of doing business with them. I drop keys and say "oil change" and somehow they know me/my car and I can just go. In my opinion, one of the best auto mechanics shops in the area. The only place I trust for auto repairs that are beyond my experience. I have been using them for years and they have always been professional and fair. Outstanding service all around.

Having lived in various large and smaller cities and using both local and dealership repair services, I can honestly say that you will not find a more dependable and conscientious automotive repair service anywhere. Unlike a couple “big box” dealerships, or quick oil change stores I have had to use on occasion, there are no hidden agendas or product upselling with Automotive Service Associates. They have serviced no less than nine cars of mine of various makes and models over the years. It’s hard to find a multigenerational business that actually listens to your questions, checks your vehicle from top to bottom and explain any issues discovered in terms you can understand and fix the issue, if warranted. Their entire staff are a credit to the community. I would highly recommend Automotive Service Associates to anyone looking for quality and reasonably priced automotive general service or repair work.
