Can’t give a review yet as nothing has been done to my car. Very poor on keeping the owner up to date on repair status. Scheduling appointment was good. Check in good. Follow up and response timing does not exist. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went for an oil change and should have just went to jiffy lube which is much quicker and affordable. I got my vehicle check up list back and noticed that there were things that needed to be replaced. They failed to inform me of anything else that was wrong with my car Service: Oil change

Excellent service, they went over and above to repair my son’s truck. I had taken it to 2 different local mechanics and for 6 months they couldn’t figure out what the problem was. Your mechanics figured it out, somewhere down the line of previous owners, one of them had put a sprocket on backwards causing the crank shaft to be out of alignment by 1/4”, witch caused the serpentine belt to shred ever time it was replaced. Thank you for not giving up and repairing it at a reasonable price. I am now a loyal lifelong Anderson Ford Fan! Service: Engine repair
