I have an older car which I was experiencing a substantial oil leak as well as I needed to replace a rear suspension crossmember/cradle. I contacted Division Brakes. Cesar and Alfredo were quite helpful honest and sincere. The repairs took approximately a week to complete and they allowed me to purchase the parts I needed for the completion, although the labor was a bit expensive. Cesar called me a few times to tell me the status of my ongoing repairs.I would take my car their again for future services and would recommend others to take their car to Division Brakes as well. This business is a CON business. Overpriced labor, Overpriced parts, low quality workmanship. Alfredo is the ring leader, and head CON ARTIST. They deliberately break other parts of your vehicle so they can bring the bill up high. REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS Bureau. DIVISION BREAKS NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUDING CONSUMERS! Complete con artists. They take advantage of women knowing we don’t know much about cars. I asked for a print out of exactly what the issue is and what it would cost to fix and they claimed he couldn’t give me that because he didn’t know the cost of the parts yet but gave me a quote of over $800 for what they said was spark plugs issue, oil change & battery corrosion. This seemed ridiculously high and I expressed that and their response was the spark plugs were difficult to get to and the Labour would take them more than 5 hours. They also charged me $65 diagnostic test to find out the problem with car and charged me over $600 for what they said was spark plug issues & corroded battery that caused my car to shut off on me. Only for it to continuously break down & stall on me right after picking it up. When I bring it back they say it’s a transmission problem but the diagnostic test didn’t tell them that was the issue so now I’ve paid over $600 + $179 to buy a battery ( I choose to buy
