This place is nothing short of amazing. I used them a few years ago and had zero complaints, so when my new car (of 2 months!) was involved in a hit & run recently they were the first shop I thought of! Jessica was so sweet and helpful. You can tell she truly loves her job and cares about her clients. She answered any and all questions I had, and addressed every concern I had regarding the damages. I would call every couple days and she gladly gave me updates on my car. Another friendly and helpful employee was Jenn. She greeted me upon arrival and made me feel at ease. Having your car damaged is stressful enough so everyone at this shop definitely tries to take that away and make the process as easy as possible. Jessica and Jenn are the only employees I was able to interact with and catch their names but I’m sure everyone else there is like that too. Twice i have used crown collision as my repair shop of choice, and i have got say without a doubt my experience was great! Every step of the way melissa was keeping me updated and doing everything possible to get my vehicle back as soon as possible! Crown got my car looking and driving new again after both major accidents!
